1. The product and what it is not
RackWeek is an iOS app in the Health & Fitness category for planning one lifting week at a time. You pick a ModeCard or ask for this week's split, pin the SplitCard, check in or stamp each session on Today, and carry outcomes into the next week. RackWeek is not a medical device, physical-therapy service, certified coaching practice, or a substitute for professional advice, and it does not create a RackWeek account.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
Use RackWeek only if you can form a binding agreement and accept these terms. Train within your own limits, follow gym and equipment safety rules, and stop and seek qualified help if you feel pain or are unsure about an exercise. Do not use RackWeek's coach or photo features to upload unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to identify people from photos. The coach asks for photos of lifts, racks, or gym setups, not portraits.
3. Your content and local data
Splits, body notes, check-ins, outcomes, transcribed Talk text, and photos you add stay under your control on your device. You are responsible for what you enter and for anything you choose to send to an optional AI feature after consent. Deleting RackWeek removes its on-device data, and we cannot recover it for you.
4. In-App Purchases
Core planning, pinning, and check-in do not require payment. RackWeek may offer optional digital coin purchases. Purchases are billed by Apple to your App Store account, prices are shown before you confirm, and coins are a limited license to use in-app digital content, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the app. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, completed purchases are non-refundable by us; refund requests go through Apple.
5. Apple terms
RackWeek is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for RackWeek's content, maintenance, or support, and has no warranty obligation for it beyond what Apple's terms provide.
6. Optional AI features
week.look and Ask the coach send a request to DeepSeek only after you consent for that feature. Declining keeps planning on your device. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review any drafted SplitCard before you pin or follow it.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or depend on network conditions. We may update these terms; the Updated date above will change when we do. Continuing to use RackWeek after an update means you accept the revised terms going forward.
8. Intellectual property
RackWeek's name, interface, ModeCard templates, and bundled content belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal use inside the app. You keep your rights in the training notes and photos you create, subject only to the permissions needed to process optional AI requests you authorize.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Drafted splits, coach replies, and reminders are planning aids only. They do not diagnose injury, prescribe rehabilitation, or guarantee results. To the extent permitted by law, RackWeek is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or particular fitness outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or from exercise you choose to perform. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using RackWeek at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to optional online features if they are misused.
